2. Data we collect
We collect the following data:
- Contact and quote request forms: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), website (optional), message, estimated budget (optional).
- Browsing data (with your consent only): pages visited, time on site, traffic source, via Google Analytics 4. No audience data is collected before you've explicitly accepted analytics cookies through our consent banner.

4. Data recipients
Your data may be shared with technical processors strictly necessary for delivering the service: hosting provider, database provider, email delivery provider (Resend), and Google (Analytics, Search Console) where you've given consent. Some of these providers are based outside the European Union (notably the United States); in that case, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism recognized under the GDPR.
5. Retention period
Data from contact and quote forms is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies (notably for accounting purposes). Anonymized audience data is retained per Google Analytics 4's default settings.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at info@glowmarkagency.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA).
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure, including encrypted communications (HTTPS) and restricted access to our admin area.
